INDICATIONS
For the treatment of infections caused bygram-positive bacteria and gram-negativebactaria.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For intramuscular or subcutaneous injection,single dose.
Cattle, pigs, dogs and cats: 15mg'kg bodyweight, i.e. 1mi10kg body weight
One repeat administration may be givenafter 48 hours.
ADVERSE RACTION
As with all penicilins, amoxicillin may causehypersensitivity (allergy) and should not beused when an animal is known to be allerglcto beta-lactams. Occasional local reaction ofa transient nature may occur at the site ofinjection.
SPECIAL WARNINGS
Shake wall bafore use. Milk for humanconsumption must not be taken during
trealment. Milk for human consumplionmay be taken only from cattle after 96hours from the last treatment.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Cattie and pigs: 28 days.
